Villa Mandaris

Villa Mandaris and its guest cottage are located on Mount du Cap, in the most exclusive residential area of the island known as Cap Estate. This mountain top estate provides the best views with 180-degree views overlooking the island all the way to the Pitons and the Caribbean Sea. Many of its architectural features are inspired by the Caribbean and its surroundings. The estate is fully fenced, closed off on two sides with high walls, a gated entrance, and 24/7 security (no service charge!) for the individual looking for exceptional privacy.

Villa Mandaris is entered through its own entranceway and garden that combines a lush landscape, flora, and fauna for added privacy. There are 3 bedrooms, including a master bedroom with a walk-in closet, each with its own bathroom and island views. A large kitchen with three worktops and a bar area allows for plenty of space and socializing whilst cooking. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area allows for both indoor and outdoor alfresco dining with a combined terrace. The large living room and adjacent covered terrace that spans nearly the length of the house is perfect for after-dinner drinks or to sit and read a good book whilst taking in the views. On those hot days, the pool allows cooling off from the heat of the day, or take a walk in the shadow of the greenery of the garden and enjoy the taste of the plentiful fruit trees including mango, papaya, coconut, banana, guava, lime, soursop, and star fruit. The back of the house provides space for a maid’s quarter, washing area, and workshop.
